TONAWANDA, NY : 1 person dies in paratransit bus rollover crash on I-190 South on Wednesday, 17th May 2023

One Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority worker has died following a paratransit bus rollover crash that happened Wednesday morning.

A Metro-Link employee, 60-year-old Chequita Smith, died in the crash around 6 a.m.

"The driver and another passenger were treated for non-life threatening injuries,"
