Antioch, CA : 2 teens killed, 4 others injured in crash at the intersection of Lone Tree Way and Indian Hill Drive on Friday, 11th January 2019

Two teenagers were killed Friday evening and four others were injured when their vehicle crashed into a tree in Antioch, authorities said.
The collision occurred about 7 p.m. at the intersection of Lone Tree Way and Indian Hill Drive, said Sgt. Matthew Harger, a spokesman for Antioch police.Two people were pronounced dead at the scene, including the 17-year-old driver. Their names were not released.
One teenager was ejected from the vehicle, and three others were trapped in the car when authorities arrived.
The Contra Costa Fire Protection District assisted police in removing the trapped victims from the vehicle.There were five girls in the vehicle — two 13-year-olds, three 17-year-olds — and one 16-year-old boy.
Four of them were transported to a hospital with moderate to life-threatening injuries, police said. Their names also were not released.
