KINGSBURY, NY : Woman charged with felony after crash on Sunday, January, 28th 2018

A Queensbury woman faces numerous charges after she was found to be drunk when she crashed a car on Vaughn Road on Sunday, police said.

Natalie C. Marshall, 22, of Sunnyside East, was arrested after the 7:02 p.m. crash, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Police said Marshall was headed west in a BMW sedan when she went off the road. No injuries were reported, but she was found to be intoxicated and refused to take a breath test, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release.

Marshall was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, arraigned and sent to Washington County Jail for lack of bail.

Sheriff's deputies Kyle Kolar, Michael Weber and Sgt. Bill Holcomb handled the case.
