Owensboro, KY : Man indicted in fatal wreck on Wednesday, November, 8th 2017

An Owensboro man was indicted for murder by the Daviess County grand jury on Wednesday in connection with an automobile crash that killed a passenger in his car.

Robert Kennedy Garner, 18, of the 1200 block of West 15th Street was indicted with murder in the death of Cody Glover, 21, of the 3300 block of Placid Place. Glover died Sept. 3 in the one-vehicle accident at U.S. 60 East and U.S. 231 North.
