Five people were sent to the hospital after a collision occurred late in the afternoon Thursday at the intersection of State Route 41 south and Ghormley Road. One person was trapped inside a vehicle, but was removed by first responders within a
few moments. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Paint Creek EMS & Fire assisted at the scene. No other information was available at press time.
