A Hopkinsville man was charged with driving under the influence after a wreck Tuesday on East Ninth Street Tuesday.

Dane H. Heltzel, 48, was attempting to turn onto East Ninth Street from Walnut Street and was hit by Robert A. Sheerin, 71, Hopkinsville, according to a Hopkinsville police report.
