Racine ,WI :46-year-old woman injured after hit by car on Monday afternoon ,August 31st 2015

A pedestrian was hit by a car Monday afternoon in Racine.

It happened at about 4 p.m. at North Memorial Drive and Sixth Street.

Police said a 46-year-old woman has serious injuries, but they aren’t life-threatening.

The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, police said. No citations have been issued yet.
