A woman was struck and killed when she tried to cross southbound Interstate 75 in Fort Mitchell Sunday morning, police said.
The 22-year-old attempted to cross all six lanes of the highway around 2:30 a.m, according to police.
The fatal crash closed southbound lanes at Dixie Highway for about four hours.
Police have not released the woman's name.
