BRAZOS COUNTY, TX : House fire, traffic accident close SH 21 in west Brazos County on Wednesday, 6th February 2019

Eastbound SH 21 is open to traffic. Westbound remains closed. Firefighters from multiple agencies are on the scene of a house fire on Highway 21 near Highway 47 in west Brazos County.


The house is located in the 6800 block of SH 21, west of the Bryan city limits.

There is also a report of a 3-vehicle accident with possible injuries on the highway near the scene of the house fire. The accident is near Smetana Road.

Drivers should expect significant delays on SH 21 between the Rellis campus and FM 2818 due to both incidents.
