TUSCALOOSA, AL : Cottondale Man killed in single-vehicle crash on Saturday, 17th February 2024

A 17-year-old was killed in a single-vehicle crash that occurred at 10:40 p.m. Saturday.

The crash occurred on Clements Road, four miles north of Tuscaloosa, in Tuscaloosa County.

According to officials, 17-year-old Reyes M. Lugo was fatally injured when his Ford F-150 left the road and crashed into a tree.

Lugo was not using a seat belt when he crashed and was pronounced dead at the scene.
