Milwaukee, WI : Two people killed in hit-and-run crash on Thursday December 31 2015.
A 23-year-old Milwaukee woman charged in last week's crash that killed two men has told authorities she has never had a driver's license.
Jasmine Ray was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree reckless homicide and a charge of hit-and-run involving death.
Prosecutors say Ray was driving a stolen SUV that crashed into a car at an intersection in north Milwaukee on Dec. 30. Killed were two Milwaukee men in a Chevy Malibu, 57-year-old Terry Jackson and 59-year-old Darrell Thompson.
Authorities say the stolen SUV was fleeing an attempted police stop.
