LAS VEGAS , NV : One dead another injured after fiery crash near Rancho Sahara on Wednesday, 5th July 2023

One person is dead, and another is injured after a fiery crash, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.

On Wednesday, just after 6:30 p.m., LVMPD officers responded to a crash on the intersection of Rancho Drive and Bryn Mawr Avenue involving two vehicles, with one catching fire.

Police said in a statement that they believe a 2013 Dodge Charger was heading north on Rancho and approached the intersection at a high rate of speed.

The Dodge crashed into a 2005 Buick LeSabre as the Buick was turning left from westbound Glen Heather Way onto southbound Rancho, just north of Sahara Avenue, police say.
