A multi-vehicle crash in Loudon County left multiple people with serious injuries Thursday afternoon.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Steekee School Road and State Route 72 in Loudon, according to the Loudon County Sheriff's Office.

Two LifeStar medical helicopters were dispatched to the scene.
