MARION COUNTY, FL : Deadly crash slows traffic on I-75 in Marion County on Saturday, 9th September 2023

One person was killed and another seriously injured in a crash that had Interstate 75 closed near the Marion and Alachua county line on Saturday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near mile marker 372 around 4:47 p.m., according to the FHP.
