SPENCER, ID : 1 injured after semi-truck overturns on I-15 on Sunday, September 10, 2017
A Kentucky man was transported to the hospital on Monday after his semi-truck overturned on Interstate 15.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. on I-15 near milepost 183 north of Spencer in Clark County.

According to the Idaho State Police, 60-year-old Vladimir Rukavishnikov of Lexington, Kentucky, was driving northbound on I-15 in a 2007 Peterbilt truck that was pulling one trailer.
Police said Rukavishnikov drove off the right shoulder, back onto I-15, overcorrected, drove into the median and then back onto I-15, where the truck overturned and came to rest.
One northbound lane was reopened two and a half hours after the crash, while the second wasn't reopened until 11:15 p.m. Monday.
Police said Rukavishnikov was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He was transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. The extent of his injuries is not known.
