CALEDONIA, WI : Flight for Life called after Caledonia crash on Tuesday, December 13, 2016

One patient had to be airlifted to a regional trauma center after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon at 4 Mile and Nicholson roads.

According to Caledonia police, a preliminary investigation showed that a westbound car on 4 Mile Road collided with a truck going north on Nicholson Road just before 3:45 p.m. Both vehicles ended up in a ditch following the crash. Caledonia police said at the scene that it was unclear at that point whether the car, a Lexus sedan, had stopped at the stop sign.
