Lebanon ,TN : Driver of Semi killed after fatal semi crash on I-40 Thursday ,August 6th 2015

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal semi crash in the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 in Lebanon.

The right lane is blocked by emergency vehicles at Linwood Road.

The semi is overturned on the right shoulder. There is no word on what the tractor-trailer was hauling.

THP received the call at 5:28 a.m. Thursday.

The driver of the semi was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released by officials.
