North Bend, WI : 17-year-old killed in Jackson County crash on Saturday night, December 31, 2016

One person was killed and another injured in a crash Saturday night in in the town of North Bend.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s office, the single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Hwy. 54 and Hwy. V was reported about 9:40 p.m.

Driver Cole Anderson, 17, of Blair was killed at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt. His passenger has not been identified.

Authorities think alcohol contributed to the crash.
