Rapid City,SD : Charges expected in crash that sent 4 to hospital on October, Wednesday 11th 2017

Rapid City police say that charges are expected to be filed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday at the intersection of Milwaukee Street and East College Avenue that sent four people to the hospital.

A news release on Thursday from the police department said the four people appeared to have injuries that were not life-threatening.
