Hermantown, MN : 37-year-old driver seriously hurt in head-on collision with dump truck Thursday afternoon on September 25, 2014

A head-on crash involving a dump truck Thursday afternoon left one person with serious injuries. The Minnesota State Patrol says the truck was Eastbound on U.S. Highway 2 when it collided with a Chevy Cavalier that was headed west. The 37-year-old driver of the car, from Floodwood, was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. The dump truck driver suffered non-life threatening injuries. Both vehicles were severely damaged.
