Pappas and her 15-year-old and 4-year-old passengers were treated at Canonsburg Hospital and released, Richards said.
According to Warco, Bright was not wearing a seat belt.
Southbound traffic on Route 19 was rerouted onto Route 519, while northbound traffic was temporarily backed up.
North Strabane Fire Department and Canonsburg EMS assisted. North Strabane police are investigating.
