Arizona is one of the best places to ride a motorcycle because of our scenic beauty but you have to be extremely careful.

News four Tucson has a safety reminder for everyone now that summer has started.

This story is about an Arizona man who shattered both legs.

He says a lady was trying to beat the light and it turned right into his left leg.

"I flew about 20 feet in the air as I let go of the motorcycle and the motorcycle ended up underneath the truck," Jeff Mugongo said.

Jeff Mugongo said he was headed home from work last June when the crash happened in Gilbert.
