WATERBURY, CT : Hit-and-run accident downtown on Tuesday, February 14th 2017

Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the city’s downtown early Tuesday. At about 5:20 a.m., residents awoke to a loud bang and yelling in the streets. Police are looking for a black male.
