Cedarburg, WI : Three people injured in a multi vehicle crash near Cedar Sauk Road and Highway I, west of Saukville on Tuesday morning, December 15, 2015
3 people were injured in a crash in the Town of Cedarburg Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were at the scene of a multi vehicle crash near Cedar Sauk Road and Highway I, west of Saukville around 6:45 a.m.
Capt. Christy Knowles said a sport utility vehicle failed to slow down for a school bus on County Road I in the Town of Cedarburg.
The SUV served and struck a Ford Taurus in front of it. The Toyota then went into the northbound lane of traffic, striking a northbound Jeep.
Knowles said the bus was not involved in the crash.
A 44-year-old man from Fredonia was taken by Flight For Life to Froedtert Hospital with serious injuries. The 46-year-old driver of the Ford Taurus and 32-year-old driver of the Jeep were taken to a local hospital with less serious injuries.
County Road I has been reopened to traffic. The crash remains under investigation.
