A 60-year-old man was injured in an apparent hit-and-run at the intersection of Market Street and S. Kerr Avenue Wednesday night.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, officers responded to a call of a hit-and-run at 7:13 p.m. The victim was found in the roadway at the scene.
A broken side-view mirror was found next to the victim.
He was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center with injuries that did not appear life-threatening.
