Berkeley, CA : Bicyclist injured in motor vehicle accident on College Avenue on Sunday, February 26th 2017

A bicyclist was injured in a motor vehicle accident Sunday afternoon, according to Berkeley Police Department spokesperson Lt. Andrew Rateaver.

According to Rateaver, the automobile versus bike collision occurred on College Avenue between Dwight Way and Parker Street.

The rider was transported to a hospital by an ambulance. BPD was not able to disclose the extent of the rider’s injuries as of press time.
