Omaha, NE : Three people injured following crash near 52nd, Fort on Sunday night, Sep 13, 2015

A crash Sunday night sent multiple people to nearby hospitals.

The crash was reported around 7:30 p.m. near 52nd and Fort streets.

According to authorities at the scene, a car was traveling westbound on Fort Street, failed to stop at a stop sign, entered the intersection and struck a motorcycle that was traveling southbound on 52nd Street.

There were two people on the motorcycle at the time of the crash and both were thrown from the bike. One of them was pinned under the car that struck the bike.

Multiple people at the scene attempted to help the pinned person and one of them suffered an injury to their finger and was transported to Immanuel Hospital.

The two people on the bike were sent in critical condition to Nebraska Medical Center. No one from the car that struck the bike was transported.
