Adams, N.D : Man injured, cited with drunk driving in ATV crash in rural Walsh County early Sunday morning, March 19, 2017

A man suffered significant injuries early Sunday morning while driving an off-road four-wheeler in rural Walsh County.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol said the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. on a partially ice-covered dirt surface on property along Highway 35, 8 miles southwest of Adams.

The Patrol said 38-year-old Christopher Bata of Adams was ejected from the ATV. He was not wearing a helmet.
