I-10 east at Loop 202 reopens after accident

PHOENIX -- An accident shut down eastbound Interstate 10 at Loop 202 for a couple of hours Wednesday morning. The Arizona Department of Transportation reported that drivers were forced to use the left shoulder to past the crash site, which involved a vehicle that was hauling a trailer.
