Hooksett, N.H : Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett closed after head-on collision on Thursday, June 30, 2016
The Londonderry Turnpike from Smyth Road to Wellington Road in Hooksett was closed Thursday after a head-on collision.
Police said two people were taken to a hospital after a collision between an Eversource tractor-trailer truck and a car around 8:15 a.m.
Police said the driver of the car -- Gary Roy, 45, of Hooksett -- was taken to Elliot Hopsital. Roy's condition remains unknown.
The truck driver -- Charles Anderson, 60, of Goffstown -- was not injured in the crash.
The road was shut down for approximately three hours.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
