Clayton,IA : Stun gun used on driver after accident on September, Wednesday 6th 2017

A Lincoln, Nebraska, man was tasered after allegedly being uncooperative with an OWI investigation following a vehicle accident in the 3100 mile of 120th Avenue shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Bradley Fuehrer was taken into custody by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office after the local law enforcement agency responded to a call reporting a truck in the a ditch with a jackknifed gooseneck trailer.

When deputies arrived on scene, Fuehrer was reportedly attempting to get the vehicle out of the ditch by switching from drive to reverse. Law enforcement reportedly attempted to conduct an OWI investigation, but Fuehrer was allegedly uncooperative.

As a result, he was reportedly immobilized with a stun gun, fought with deputies and then placed under arrest.

The sheriff’s office reported that once Fuehrer was placed in the rear of the sheriff’s vehicle, he began kicking the vehicles roof interior and both rear doors, resulting in damage.

Clay County Sheriff’s deputies were assisted on the scene by the Spencer Police and Bud’s Service.
