MONROE, CT : Route 25 reopens after serious crash on Wednesday, November 9, 2016
Route 25 has reopened in both directions following a multi-vehicle crash involving several injuries.
Monroe police and the Stepney Fire Department responded to the scene, near the Newtown line, shortly before 8 a.m.
One person was transported to a hospital, Lt. Rosalie Stuart said.. There were four vehicles involved and the road was closed until the vehicles were towed, the police department spokesman said.
