Danbury, CT : One person injured in Motorcycle accident in Bridgewater on Saturday morning, July 2, 2016

An accident on Route 67 involving a motorcycle injured at least one person Saturday morning.

While details of the accident have not yet been released, Trooper First Class Kelly Grant confirmed there were injuries resulting from the crash.

The accident happened near the intersection of Route 67 and Route 133 (Main Street). For about two hours, police closed Route 67 near the accident scene.

Initial reports said two people have been injured and transported to the hospital. An ambulance from Roxbury was also called in for mutual aid.

The accident happened around 11 a.m.
