HAMPDEN, MA : Hampden FD extricates victim following crash on Howlett Hill Road on Wednesday, 25th December, 2019

No serious injuries were reported late Christmas morning after vehicle crashed down an embankment on Howlett Hill Road.

The crash occurred shortly before 11:15 a.m. and the vehicle came to a rest on its side, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.

Firefighters safely extracted a victim and used a rope to get the victim up the embankment. Additional information on the crash was not immediately available.
