Gumboro, DE : 6-year-old Frankford girl killed in crash near Gumboro on Sunday, 9th September 2018

A 6-year-old girl from Frankford was killed in a multi-vehicle crash near Gumboro.

According to the Delaware State Police Department, the crash occurred around 11:41 a.m. Sunday as a 1999 Jeep Cherokee was headed eastbound on Lowes Crossing Road approaching the intersection of Millsboro Highway (SR 24) with a posted stop sign.

A 2016 Dodge Caravan was traveling northbound on Millsboro Highway approaching the intersection of Lowes Crossing Road and Bald Branch Road.
