ELLSWORTH, WI : A Beldenville man was injured in a two-vehicle accident on April, Monday 24th 2017

A Beldenville man was injured Monday in a two-vehicle accident in Pierce County.

Todd L. Johnson, 50, had to be extricated from his vehicle and was flown to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minn., with undetermined injuries.

According to the Pierce County sheriff’s office, Johnson was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado northbound on Highway 63 at about 3:14 p.m. when he struck the rear of a northbound 2002 Dodge Dakota driven by Kevin D. Jonas, 54, Hager City, who was stopped on the road waiting to turn left onto 830th Street.

The accident remains under investigation.
