VERSAILLES, KY : Driver dies after crashing into tree in Versailles on Friday, 24th May 2019

A man was killed in an overnight crash in Woodford County.The crash happened just after midnight on Tyrone Pike in Versailles, not far from Simmons Elementary School. Versailles police said a car slammed into a tree.

The Woodford County Coroner's Office has identified the man who died as Michael Bromagen, 20, of Versailles. He died after being transported to Bluegrass Community Hospital.

Bromagen was the only person in the car at the time of the crash.
