Rochester, NY : Condition improves for State Trooper injured in Steuben County crash on may, Friday 26th 2017

More good news for the New York State Trooper who was seriously injured in a crash in Steuben County last week.
Craig Foglia has been downgraded to satisfactory condition at Strong Memorial Hospital. He was previously listed in guarded condition.
Earlier this week, Foglia had his breathing tube removed so that he could begin breathing on his own, according to State Police.
On May 17, while Trooper Foglia was sitting inside his patrol car, a pickup truck driving down I-86 West slammed into the back of his car.
No charges have been filed against the driver of the pickup truck at this point.
