Dunn County, WI : Man dead in motorcycle crash north of the village on Tuesday, July 19, 2016

A Downing man was pronounced dead at the scene of motorcycle crash north of the village.

After receiving a report at 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, Dunn County sheriff's deputies and Glenwood City police officers arrived at the scene of the single motorcycle crash in Tiffany Township.

It appeared that the driver, Todd C. Danovsky, 43 of Downing, was heading southbound on County Highway Q north of 1150th Avenue when he lost control and entered a cornfield. He was not wearing a helmet.

Danovsky was pronounced dead by the Dunn County Medical Examiner. The crash is under investigation by the Dunn County Sheriff's Office.
