Town of Jackson, WI : 75-year-old Cedarburg woman dead and two others injured in a fatal crash on Highway G in Washington County early Sunday, April 19, 2015
Alcohol may have played a role in a fatal crash early Sunday in the Town of Jackson, Washington County Sheriff's Lt. Bruce Theusch said.
A 75-year-old Cedarburg woman was killed in the crash.
A vehicle westbound on Pioneer Road failed to stop for a stop sign and struck a northbound vehicle on Highway G, Theusch said. The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
The woman who died was a passenger in the northbound vehicle. The driver of that vehicle, an 80-year-old Cedarburg man, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken by ambulance to Froedtert Hospital.
The driver of the westbound vehicle, a 42-year-old Town of Jackson man, was taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert.
The crash remains under investigation.
