FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA : 2 dead after pedestrian crash in Franklin County on Monday, 9th October 2023

Virginia State Police said they are investigating a vehicle versus two pedestrians crash, which resulted in two fatalities.

The crash occurred Monday at 7:53 p.m. on Route 220, one-tenth of a mile south of Willow Creek Road in Franklin County, according to VSP.

VSP said a 2001 Ford F-150 was traveling south on Route 220 when the vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway into the median and hit two pedestrians.
