BERGEN, NJ : Bergen woman pronounced dead in two-vehicle crash on Route 19 in the town of Bergen on Thursday, 19th November, 2020

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two-car fatal motor vehicle crash today on Route 19 in the town of Bergen.

The Genesee County Emergency Dispatch Center received the 911 call reporting a crash on Route 19 south of Creamery Road with serious physical injury and possible entrapment at 2:38 p.m. A 2014 Toyota RAV4, driven by Caroline F. Bianchi, 74, of Bergen, was southbound on Route 19. The second vehicle involved, a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country van, driven by Gary C. Beehler, 82, from Hamlin, was northbound on Route 19. Bianchi’s vehicle traveled over the center of the road, striking Beehler’s vehicle in the northbound lane.
