Matthews, NC : One person injured in hit-and-run crash at the corner of E. Independence Blvd. and Matthews Park Drive on Wednesday night, February 11, 2015

The Matthews Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding the driver in a hit and run that happened around 11:00 pm on Wednesday February 11, 2015 at the corner of E. Independence Blvd. and Matthews Park Drive.

According to Police the suspected driver was traveling south on Windsor Square Dr. and turned left onto E. Independence Blvd. (Eastbound) and hit the victim who was standing on the corner. The victim was transported to CMC Main with several broken bones.

The suspect was driving a Saab model 93 or model 95, between the years of 2003 to 2007 with an unknown color. Pictured are various photos of the years and model ranges listed.
