MIDLANDCOUNTY, MI : 19-year-old dies after truck crashes into trees in Midland County on Saturday, 17th August 2024

A single-vehicle crash took the life of a teen from, according to the Midland County Sheriff's Office.

The crash happened on Saturday , August 17th, around 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of West Chippewa River Rd. and South Magruder Rd. in Greendale Twp.

Investigators say a 19-year-old driver failed to take a cure and ran the Chevy Silverado he was driving off the roadway, hitting a utility police and multiples trees.

A 19-year-old passenger was pronounced dead on scene.
