LOWELL, MA : Two pedestrians struck in Lowell crash on Monday, 26th November 2018

Gorham Street was closed in the area of Lundberg Street Monday night as police investigated a crash in which two pedestrians were struck by a minivan.

Both pedestrians were taken to Lowell General Hospital with what appeared to be non life-threatening injuries. Police closed a small portion of the road at the crash scene so they could investigate, with traffic being rerouted around the scene onto side streets.

The minivan involved in the crash remained at the scene.

Additional information was not immediately available as the investigation into the crash was still underway.
