One person is dead following a head-on collision in Berkeley County.
South Carolina Highway Patrol says the collision occurred between two vehicles on North Highway 52 near Caprine Lane approximately 1 mile outside of St. Stephen.
Troopers say around 1:55 a.m. a 2020 Hyundai SUV with two occupants was traveling east on North Highway 52 when a 2014 Dodge SUV traveling west veered left of the center and struck the Hyundai head-on.
