A school bus with students onboard was involved in a crash Friday afternoon at Pilgrim and Mansfield streets on Detroit's west side. The ABC Student Transportation bus was carrying students from Coleman A. Young Elementary School, which is a Detroit Public School. A DPS spokeswoman says no kids were injured, but one student was taken to a hospital to be evaluated. Parents were notified. The kids were picked up by another bus. The district spokeswoman said it appears a car rear-ended the bus. A Volkswagen Beetle sustained front-end damage. Source : Detroit school bus involved in crash; no kids injured
