Eagletown, OK : 33-year-old Michael David Culp died in a motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 70 in McCurtain County on Monday, June 29, 2015

An Arkansas man has been killed in a motorcycle crash in southeastern Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Michael David Culp of De Queen, Arkansas, died in the crash shortly before 6 p.m. Monday.

A report on the accident says Culp was eastbound on U.S. Highway 70 near Eagletown in McCurtain County when the motorcycle went off the roadway. The report says the motorcycle traveled about 400 feet before crashing into a ditch and overturning — throwing Culp more than 50 feet from the motorcycle.
