Sutter County, CA : One killed in crash with big rig on Highway 113 in Sutter County Wednesday November 11 2015

A deadly crash involving a three vehicles and a big rig has a portion of Highway 113 in Sutter County closed Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle was trying to pass a big rig in heavy fog about 6:10 a.m. on northbound Highway 113 near Reclamation Road in the town of Robbins, officers said.
As it was passing the big rig, the vehicle clipped an oncoming car, causing that vehicle to swerve into a ditch on the side of the road, the CHP said.
The driver of the vehicle that tried to pass was pronounced dead at the scene. The second driver of the vehicle that went into the ditch was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries, officers said.
A fourth vehicle was also involved in the crash, but it only had minor damage. No one in that vehicle was hurt.
One-way traffic control remains in effect for Highway 113. There is no estimated time for the roadway to fully reopen.
