FLORENCE, AL : A Lauderdale County woman injured in a two-car accident on Thursday, January, 11th 2018

A Lauderdale County woman injured in a two-car accident last week on U.S. 43 has died.

Troopers said Norma Jeannete Allen, 86, Lauderdale 33, Greenhill, died Thursday night at Huntsville Hospital.

Reports indicate Allen was injured in the accident that happened Jan. 5 at the intersection of U.S. 43 and Lauderdale 73.

The accident remains under investigation by Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Quad-Cities State Trooper Post.
